High School Student Council
Class Representative Application Requirements
- If student served on HSSC for the most recent school year, student must have 7 or lessdemerits from the most recent school year.
- Regardless of the reason for the demerit(s).
2. Student must be able to attend every HSSC full council meeting.
a. Held on the first Wednesday of each month until 4:15 pm.
3. Student must be able to attend every class representative meeting.
a. Held on the third Wednesday of each month until 4:15 pm.
4. Student must be able to serve on a committee and attend all committee meetingsassigned by the
committee chair. Proper notice will be given.
5. Student must be able to pay the yearly dues of $20.00. (Due date will be announced atthe beginning
of the next school year.)
6. Student must be able to purchase and wear the HSSC uniform to all meetings and whenrequested for
special events: HSSC Polo Shirtand Khaki pants. (Due date willbe announced)
7. Student must be comfortable with addressing large groups of their peers and adults.
8. Student must be able to make appearances when required to promote HSSCevents and initiatives.
Proper notice will be given in advance.
9. Student must be able to attend all HSSC events until their conclusion and provideassistance in setting
up and the striking of the event.
10. Student must be able to furnish reliable and on time transportation to all meetings andevents.
11. Student must be able to work extensively and communicate appropriately with school
administration, HSSC Advisor, class sponsors, class officers, and the study body. If you meet the
above requirements please feel free to run for a class representative position onthe TCM High
School Student Council. If you win a position as a classrepresentative, you and your parent/guardian
will be required to sign a contract agreeing to theguidelines above.
