OVERALL EMPLOYER SATISFACTION CALCULATION GUIDELINES

The threshold set by CoARC for Overall Employer Satisfaction is 80%, meaning that at least 80% of the returned employer surveys rated overall satisfaction 3 or higher on a 5-point Likert scale. Overall employer satisfaction rates must also meet minimum survey participation (i.e. return rate) thresholds. That is, at least 50% of the total number of employers of program graduates must return their employer survey.The CoARC reviews these thresholds over the most recent 3-year average reported.
