Well, what we are is a real estate solutions company. We work with homeowners in all types of situations. We can help you stay in your home if that’s what you’re looking for, we can buy your home if it qualifies for our purchase program or we can help you sell your home. Each situation is unique so first what I will do is take some initial information from you about the property and the condition it’s in. Based on the information you provide me, my boss is able to analyze everything from the office and call you back within 24 hours to see what we can do for you. At that point we would most likely set up an appointment to meet you at the property. Do you have a couple minutes now to spend on the phone?

Any offers?

Any particular reason you didn’t accept those offers? Were they too far from your asking price? Did the offer fall thru the buyer’s end? Did the buyer’s financing fall thru or the inspection?

Does the property need any repairs?

If you were to live there for another couple years, is there anything you would fix or update?

When was the last time the kitchen and bath updated? Was it recently?

What are you looking to sell the property for?

We don’t want to waste your time if we’re really far off. We are not going to hold you to it. We get 15-20 calls a day. My boss can’t drive all over the state of New Jersey all day looking at properties without knowing how much you are looking to get for it and analyzing it from the office. Honestly, we wouldn’t be in business. You can understand that….right? So, what are you looking get for this house?

What do you owe on the property?

Try to get it always if you can. If it’s vacant and not behind, mortgage info not as important if they refuse to give it to you. Also, you can tell them that it’s public information that anyone can find out so by providing it to us now, it saves us time and helps my boss analyze the situation quicker so he can call you within 24 hours and provide you several solutions. Isn’t that what you want?
