COPYRIGHT AGREEMENT

With regards to the Proceedings of the 1st Creative Media and Innovation Conference (CMIC2017), it is required that The Project of Administrative Cooperation in Media Arts and Media Technology Curriculum (MTA) at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) owns the copyright to the contributions contained in the Proceedings. This is necessary in order to protect the interests of MTA at KMUTT, the conference organizers, the authors, and the authors’ employers, as well as to facilitate the appropriate re-use of this material by others.

The copyright act requires that the transfer of copyright from the author(s) to MTA at KMUTT be performed in written form for each contribution (paper) separately. It is therefore necessary for the author(s) to complete this form.

At least one author of each paper MUST register for the conference.

For jointly authored papers, only one author among those that are transferring the copyrights is required to sign the Copyright Transfer Form, however, this author testifies that he/she has obtained the agreement from all co-authors to transfer the copyrights.

The undersigned, desiring to publish the above paper (abstract and full paper) in the 1st Creative Media and Innovation Conference (CMIC2017) Proceedings, hereby transfers their copyrights of the paper to The Project of Administrative Cooperation in Media Arts and Media Technology Curriculum at King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi. The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that the paper is original and that he/she is the author of the paper, except possibly for material such as text passages, figures, and data that clearly identify the original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required. The undersigned represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment.

The authors retain the following rights:

l  All proprietary rights other than copyrights.

l  Re-use of all or part of the above manuscript in their work.

In the event the paper is not accepted for publication in the Conference Proceedings or it is withdrawn by the author(s) before the final acceptance by CMIC2017 Program Committee, this agreement becomes null and void.
