Registration for buildingSMART can be completed online by submitting the secure registration form. Should you require a copy of the submitted information please print the form BEFORE submitting. Cheques should be made payable to Martin Lack & Associates and forwarded to:

Payments

Payments can be made via EFT, Credit Card (Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa Card, or American Express) or Cheque. For payment please go to the Martin Lack & Associates website at for printing and faxing to +61 7 3378 9513.

Cancellation Policy

Martin Lack & Associates is pleased to provide refunds for cancellations advised in writing prior to Monday 6th November 2007. If a cancellation is not made prior to this date there will be a $75 administration fee. Of course, you are welcome to substitute a colleague at any time if you are unable to attend. Not showing and/or non-payment of an invoice does not constitute cancellation of your registration.
