RULES - SUMMER 2017

Tied games at end of regulation time Championship Games
Single shoot out format. - Visitors shoot first.
No player may take a 2nd shot until team has gone through entire roster on bench.
Player(s) serving penalty at end of game cannot take part in shootout.

Three stop time periods 10-12-12 NOTE: all games will be curfewed.
No timeouts for any divisions
Points: Win = 2 Points Tie = 1 Point
All games are subject to a maximum 5 goal spread for stats.

Teams must have 6 of their rostered skaters (not counting Goalies) on the ice/bench at the start of the game, if less than 6 the game will be defaulted.

NO pick up/substitute players are allowed. Only registered players from your team roster can play for your team. (Goalies are not classified as subs)
Default by One team default will be recorded as 5-0 score
Default by Both teams default will be recorded as 0-0 score

SLAPSHOTS
Will NOT be allowed in any division - (where the blade of the stick is raised higher than the knee, play will be stopped immediately and face off in the opposing end).

CSA Approved equipment Mandatory no exceptions: Must be worn at all times while a player is on the ice: Neck Guards, Helmet with properly fastened Full Face Shield (no ½ shields) Shoulder Pads, Elbow Pads, Shin Pads, Pants, & Hockey Skates (no figure skates)

Penalties:A player receiving 3 penalties during a single game will be ejected for remainder of the game and will be suspended for the next scheduled game.
Repetition of game ejections or misconduct penalties for any player will result in a review by the league committee to determine further actions.

Major Penalties: A player receiving a major penalty will be ejected for remainder of the game and will be suspended for the next 2 scheduled games. If the offense happens during the 3rd period of the game the suspension will be 3 games. If a player receives a 2nd majorin the same game or a subsequent game they will be suspended for the remainder of the season.

Any player serving a suspension during the last game of the season will NOT be permitted to play in the Championship games.

All major penalties will be reviewed by the league committee, to determine further actions.
