Gaumard Scientific Company, one of the world leaders in health care simulation products, is looking for aTerritory Sales Manager in the DFW area tojoin the growing team. Position would be located at a home office in the assigned territory. Gaumard has manufactured and marketed simulators for health care education for more than 60 years. Users worldwide – the military, emergency medical services, major teaching hospitals and nursing schools – recognize Gaumard products for their innovation in simulation in the pre-hospital, obstetrics and gynecology, surgical and nursing care segments. In 2000, Gaumard launched the revolutionary family of NOELLE® maternal and neonatal care simulators that changed the way training is conducted. In 2004, Gaumard pioneered the use of fully tetherless technology with the introduction of the family of HAL® simulators. In 2014, the company introduced Victoria™, its most advanced, mobile maternal/fetal simulator as part of the NOELLE family.

Gaumard manufactures its products at its world headquarters in Miami. The company sells simulators through its own representatives in North America and through 200 distributors in 70 countries.

Responsibilities include:

• Making sales presentations to multiple decision-makers

• Calling on all medical education and training facilities within assigned territory

• Establishing and nurturing customer relationships

• Maintaining existing business, presenting new products and growing sales

• Computer proficiency required for selling and sales record keeping

• Preparing bids, price quotes and necessary reports

• Occasional convention and user group meeting participations

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years sales experience; nursing, paramedic, medical device or education training is necessary

• Aptitude to present multiple complementary product lines, explain application of same and close sales

• Leadership skills with the ability to communicate effectively with others while possessing consultative selling skills with courage and creativity

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Talent for building long-term relationships

• Ambition, desire and drive to develop your career and grow with the company

• Bachelor’s degree

• The ability to travel within a defined territory and ability to lift 75 lbs.
