MWU extends an invitation to women to participate as a vendor at our 24th Annual conference on Saturday, June 5th through Sunday, June 7th, 2015. The vendor fee is $95.00. Shopping time is included in the program schedule during mealtime, opening/getting acquainted time, between and after workshop sessions. The vendor coordinators are Eunis Madyun at (804) 381-6893 or Jamillah Adeeb at (804) 389-2477 if you need additional information. All sisters who vend must pay for and participate in the conference activities/workshops. DEADLINE TO REGISTER AS A VENDOR IS MAY 15, 2015.

Full payment for the conference and the vendor space must be made by May 31, 2015. Payment is requested through the Muslim Women United website and a copy of the vendor contract must be submitted to MUSLIM WOMEN UNITED – P.O. Box 35486 – Richmond, VA 23235 or by email to

1.  Vendor set-up time is Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 8:00am. Please report promptly for table assignment, I.D. badge and conference folder. Tables are pre-assigned based on merchandise description. It is important that you submit a vendor form describing your merchandise.

2.  Please clearly state what you will sell, your table will be assigned according to that information. The vending area has limited space. Each vendor is limited to an 8’x6’ area which includes a 6’ table and 2 chairs.

3.  Merchandise must fit in the allotted space or you will need to purchase an additional space, prior to the conference registration submission deadline. If you have a clothes rack and a table for merchandise, you must purchase two (2) spaces.

4. No vendor will be allowed to set-up without full payment of $ 205.00 (conference fee $110.00 + vendor fee

$95.00 = $205.00). Full payment must be completed and received by May 31, 2015. All fees are non-refundable.

4.  No vending outside of designated areas. Vending location will be in a secured room in the same proximity/building of the workshops and dining area. MUSLIM WOMEN UNITED reserves the right to cancel this agreement if the vendor attempts to sell items objectionable to the Islamic way of life.

I, ______, do hereby agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement during the MWU June 5 – 7, 2015 conference. Please pay all fees online and submit the contract to the address or email listed above. MWU and the Doubletree Hilton Midlothian assume no liability for loss or damage to merchandise and reserve the right to limit the vendor to the sale of certain objectionable items.
