SCRIPTURAL REASONS WHY YAHUWEH WILL JUDGE MANKIND

Yahuweh judges mankind as a whole for three main reasons:

1)For the rejection of Yahuweh and His Torah as Rule over them

2)For “transgression”--“rebellion, revolt, apostasy, break away, sin-- against the Torah. (I John 3:4)

3)For the harming of His people and His Land--the dividing of His land among His enemies, plotting and carrying out evil against His people.

The Word is focused on one Land area, one family group through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, one everlasting Covenant, one Salvation, one Torah (teachings and instructions of the Kingdom of heaven), one Kingdom, one King, and one Elohim. It is not universal—it is localized in a rectangle. The eternal inheritance of those who have the witness of Yahushua Messiah and obey the Covenant of Yahuweh will be in this rectangle. (Ezekiel 48) Eternal life is on earth—forever, for the righteous.

The Covenant of Yahuweh was renewed, like the moon is renewed each month, in the blood of Yahushua. (Jeremiah 31:31-34) The Covenant of Yahuweh with His people is a marriage covenant.

There is “justification”—being made right (righteous) with Yahuweh through the blood of Messiah Yahushua. There is “set-apartness” (“sanctification”) unto Yahuweh—which is being made right (righteous) through obedience to His Covenant Torah. The two are different…but if not coupled together as one, cancel each other out.

His Torah (Yahuweh’s Teachings and Instructions of the Kingdom of heaven given to us for right life on this earth) is for all mankind. Judgment is based on how it is obeyed or not obeyed, depending on our knowledge of it. Since it encompasses the entire Bible, anyone who has a Bible or hears the Covenant spoken, is responsible to it.

There is one Torah for all who want to be in right standing with the King of Israel. (Ecclesiastes 12:13; Exodus 12:49; Leviticus 24:22; Numbers 15:16)

Torah is the plumb-line for a good life on earth, and of eternal judgment. Faith by itself is dead. (Ja’cob 2:14-26) If it is not backed by “works” in alignment with His Covenant, then it is useless and a fake.

“Works” is obedience to Torah—the working out of faith. “Work out your salvation with fear and trembling” (Philippians 2:2:12). We will all be judged by works—our adherence to the plumb-line of Yahuweh’s Torah by faith. Our eternal reward and position is dependent on our obedience to the Covenant of the Kingdom of heaven. Our faith is a sham—a fake, hypocrisy--unless we are responsible citizens in the Kingdom of heaven. (Philippians 3:20-21)

It is the Word that judges us. The “Word” talked about in the Word is the Tenach (an acronym for Torah, Prophets and Writings, misnamed by the despisers of Torah: “The Old Testament”). It is the eternal plumb-line, the tree of life, the right-rulings, the marriage covenant with His people.

John 12:48-49: “He that rejects Me and receives not My words has one that judges him, and the Word that I have spoke, the same shall judge Him in the last day, because I spoke not from Myself, but the Father who sent Me has given Me a command what I should say and what I should speak”.

Messiah Yahushua was and is the living Torah—the “Word made flesh”--the Eternal Word. He was the embodiment of the Torah. (John 1:1, 14) Yahushua’s disciples called him: “Ha Torah”—the Torah.

To reject the Torah, therefore, is to reject the Messiah! You can’t separate the Living Word of Elohim from Yahushua, who spoke creation into existence! He came to renew and expand the Torah (Matthew 5:17-19), to make it complete—not to do away with it.

Scriptures on judgment according to works by individuals:

Notice that most of the Scriptures are in what the rejecters of Torah have misnamed: the “New Testament”. The Jews always knew that their salvation was by faith—that works were simply the outward manifestation of what they believed. “The just shall live by his faith.” (Habakkuk 2:4)

Animal sacrifices were offered—not to take away sin, but to show that sin had already been forgiven by their repentance and faith. Therefore, in many Scriptures in the Tenach (acronym for Torah, Prophets and Writings), Yahuweh talks about forgiving and removing sin.

Revelation 22:12: “And see, I am coming speedily, and My reward is with Me, to give to each according to his work”.

Revelation 2:23: “…And I shall give to each one of you according to your works”.

Jeremiah 17:10: “I, Yahuweh, search the heart, I try the loins, and give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds”.

I Peter 1:17: “And if you call on the Father, who without partiality judges according to each one’s work, pass the time of your sojourning in fear…”

Matthew 19:16-17

John 3:36: “He who believes in the Son possesses eternal life, but he who does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of Elohim remains on him”.

Ja’cob 2:14, 17,19, 24, 26: “My brothers, what use is it for anyone to say he has faith but does not have works? This faith is unable to save him…So also faith, if it does not have works, is in itself dead…You believe that Elohim is one. You do well. The demons also believe, and tremble…You see, then, that a man is declared right by works, and not by faith alone…For as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith is dead without works”.

John 5:28-29: “Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the tombs shall hear His voice, and shall come forth—those who have done good to the resurrection of life, and those who have practiced evil to the resurrection of judgment”.

Matthew 12:36-37: “And I say to you that for every idle word men speak, they shall give an account of it in the Day of Judgment. For by your words you shall be declared righteous and by your words shall you be declared unrighteous”.

Matthew 16:27: “For the Son of man is going to come in the glory of His Father with His messengers, and He shall reward each one according to his works”.

Jonah 3:10: “And Elohim saw their works, that they turned from their evil way. And Elohim relented from the evil He had said He would do to them”.

Luke 3:7-8: “And he (John the baptizer) said to the crowds that came out to be immersed by him, `brood of vipers, who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? Therefore, bear fruit worthy of repentance…let him who has two undergarments share with him who has none, and let him who has food do likewise. And tax collectors also came to be immersed…and he said to them, `Collect no more than what is appointed for you’, and soldiers also…and He said to them, `Do not intimidate anyone or accuse falsely, and be satisfied with your pay.’ ” (Italics mine)

Matthew 19:16-17: “And see, one came and said to Him, `…What good shall I

do to have everlasting life? And He said to him…`If you wish to enter into life

guard the commandments’”. Prove your faith! (Ja’cob 2:18, 22)

Proverbs 24:12: “…and shall He not repay man according to His works?”

Ezekiel 33:20: “And you have said, `The way of Yahuweh is not fair’. O house of Israel, I shall judge every one of you according to his own ways”.

I Corinthians 3:11-15: “For no one is able to lay any other foundation except that which is laid, which is Yahushua Messiah. And if anyone builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay or straw, each man’s work shall be revealed, for the day shall show it up, because it is revealed by fire. And the fire shall prove the work of every one, what sort it is. If anyone’s work remains, which he has built on, he shall receive a reward. If anyone’s work is burned he shall suffer loss, but he himself shall be saved, but so as through fire”.

II Timothy 2:15, 19-21: “Do your utmost to present yourself approved unto Elohim, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly handling the Word of Truth…However, the solid foundation of Elohim stands firm, having this seal `Yahuweh knows those who are His’, and `Let everyone who names the Name of Messiah turn away from unrighteousness’. But, in a large house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some unto value and some unto no value. If, then, anyone cleanses himself from these things (sinful things), he shall be a vessel unto value, having been set-apart for good use to the Master, having been prepared for every good work.” (Italics mine)

Luke 12:37, 47-48: “Blessed are those servants whom the master, when he comes, shall find watching…And that servant who knew his master’s desire, and did not prepare, nor did according to his desire, shall be beaten with many stripes, but he who did not know, yet did what deserved flogging, shall be beaten with few stripes. And everyone to whom much is given, from him much

Page 3

shall be demanded. And to whom much has been entrusted, from him much more shall be required.”

II Corinthians 5:9-10: “And we also make it our aim to be well-pleasing to Him, whether being at home or being away from home. For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Messiah, in order for each one to receive according to what he has done in the body, whether good or evil”.

Romans 14:10, 12: “But why do you judge your brother?…For we all shall stand before the judgment seat of Messiah…For each one of us, therefore, shall give account of himself to Elohim”.

I John 2:3-7: “And by this we know that we know Him—if we guard His commandments. The one who says, `I know Him’ and does not guard His commandments, is a liar and the truth is not in him. For whoever guards His Word, truly the love of Elohim has been perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him…The one who says he stays in Him ought himself also to walk, even as He walked. Beloved, I write no fresh command to you, but an old command, which you had from the beginning. The old command is the Word, which you heard from the beginning.”

We have to go back to the definition of sin in I John 3:4: “Everyone doing sin does also Torah-lessness—lawlessness—and sin is the transgression--rebellion, revolt, apostasy, sin-- against the Torah”. (Italics mine)

Individual judgment comes when we transgress—revolt against the Torah—and

thus revolt against Yahuweh and Messiah Yahushua.

A major part of “works”—obedience to Torah--is to fear Yahuweh and depart from evil.

Proverbs 9:10; 8:13: “The fear of Yahuweh is the beginning of wisdom…The fear of Yahuweh is to hate evil…”

Mankind in general has rejected Yahuweh and His Torah, lives in continual

rebellion and revolt against His Torah. The world’s major leaders are conspiring now (Psalm 2) to divide up Yahuweh’s Land, destroy His set-apart ones in Israel, and world wide, and to give His Land to His enemies and the enemies of His chosen elect from the twelve tribes of Jacob.

Specific Scriptures as to why Yahuweh must judge mankind as a whole:

Isaiah 5:24: “Therefore a tongue of fire devours the stubble, and the flame consumes the chaff, their root is as rottenness, and their blossom goes up like dust—because they have rejected the Torah of Yahuweh of hosts, and despised the Word of the set-apart One of Israel”.

Isaiah 24:1, 3-6: “And Yahuweh is making the earth empty and making it waste, and shall overthrow its surface and shall scatter abroad its inhabitants…the earth is completely emptied and utterly plundered for Yahuweh has spoken this word. The earth shall mourn and wither, the world shall languish and wither the haughty people of the earth shall languish. For

Page 4

the earth has been defiled under its inhabitants, because they have transgressed the Torah, changed the Law, broken the everlasting Covenant. Therefore a curse shall consume the earth, and those who dwell in it be punished. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth shall be burned and few men left”.

Jeremiah 6:19: “Hear O earth! See, I am bringing evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts, because they have not listened to My Words, nor My Torah—and they rejected it”.

Excerpts from Jeremiah 7:23-29: “But this Word I did command them saying, `Obey My voice and I shall be your Elohim and you shall be My people. And walk in all the ways that I have commanded you that it might be well with you’. But they did not obey, or incline their ear, but walked in their own councils, in the stubbornness of their evil heart, and went backwards and not forward…This is a nation that did not obey the voice of Yahuweh their Elohim, nor did they accept instruction. Truth has perished and been cut off from their mouth…take up a lamentation on the bare heights, for Yahuweh has rejected and forsake the generation of His wrath”.

Jeremiah 8:9: “The wise shall be put to shame, they shall be broken down and caught. See, they have rejected the Word of Yahuweh, so what wisdom do they have?”

Jeremiah 9:12-14a: “Who is the wise man that he understands this? …Why has the land perished? …And Yahuweh says, `Because they have forsaken My Torah, which I set before them and have not obeyed My voice nor walked according to it, but they have walked according to the stubbornness of their own heart…’”

Jeremiah 11:10-11: “They have turned back to the wickedness of their forefathers who refused to hear My Words and they have gone after their own gods to serve them. The house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken My Covenant that I made with their fathers. Therefore, thus says Yahuweh, `See,

I am bringing evil on them, which they are unable to escape. Then they shall cry out to Me, but I will not listen to them’ ”.

Jeremiah 15:1, 6: “And Yahuweh said to me, `Even if Moses and Samuel were to stand before Me, My soul is not toward this people. Send them away from My presence, let them go’. `You who have forsaken Me’, declares Yahuweh, `you have gone backwards. Therefore, I shall stretch out My hand against you and destroy you. I have been weary of relenting’ ”.

My Note: In all these Scriptures don’t think this is simply referring to the ancient house of Judah (the tribes of Judah (Jew)—Levi and Benjamin) or the house of Israel/Ephraim/Joseph (the other ten northern tribes of Jacob). He only has one people—descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He only has One Covenant with one people—and it is RENEWED to these two houses by the blood of Messiah (Jeremiah 31:31-34). He made no covenant with the pagans, barbarians, heathen, aliens, foreigners or strangers—in English “gentiles”. If you are in Messiah—you are NOT a gentile. He never, calls His people

Page 5

“gentiles”—barbarians, pagans, heathen, foreigners, strangers, aliens.

Almost all of us have either biological ties to either the house of Judah or the house of Israel, because of Yahuweh’s scattering them into all nations (1000-722 BCE and 586 BCE and 70 CE), thus fulfilling the prophecy to Abraham that his seed (biological seed) would be as the stars of the heavens and the sand of the sea. But, biology or not, we all have been grafted into the tree of Israel by faith in Messiah, therefore brought into the Covenant of Israel (Ephesians 2:8-19). We must be in Covenant relationship with Yahuweh, citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven, therefore responsible to obey His Kingdom Instructions, IF we want to stay in His Kingdom.

The greatest idol worshippers in the world are Americans and Europeans of the free West. It was for idol worship, created by their first King, Jeroboam, that He scattered the ten northern tribes into all nations. As a whole the house of Israel has not changed. The “wild olive branch” is an olive branch. The olive tree pictures the nation of Israel.

It is to the House of Israel, primarily, that He is calling: Repent, turn, return to the Covenant, the Torah, and to Me, Yahuweh! (Hosea 2-3 is about the lost ones). Messiah only came for the “lost sheep of the house of Israel”—the ten northern tribes--understanding why is to understand why He had to die, and why the Apostles only went to the “lost sheep”. (Matthew 15:24; 10:5-6)

Jeremiah 16:10-11: “…Why has Yahuweh pronounced this great evil upon us? …`Because your fathers have forsaken Me’, declares Yahuweh, `and have walked after gods and served them, and have forsaken Me, and did not guard My Torah’ ”.

Jeremiah 32:22-23: “And You gave them this land, of which you swore to their

fathers to give them, a land flowing with milk and honey. And they came in and possessed it, but they did not obey Your voice nor did they walk in Your Torah. They did not do all that You commanded them to do, so You brought all this evil on them”.
