– Ms. Dragomir is a Lecturer PhD at Constanta Maritime University, Romania. She teaches classes of Management of Human Resources, Means of Transport and Technologies of Transport. She holds a PhD degree in Leadership and Management of Human Resources in Maritime Transport and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering. She has graduated in 2007 Economic Sciences studies earning the BSc diploma in International Business and in 2010 she has earned the BSc degree in Naval and Harbour Engineering and Management at “MirceacelBatran” Naval Academy. She also holds a MSc degree in Maritime and Port Management.
-Between 2010-2011 she earned a Diploma in Ship Management, by Lloyd’s Maritime Academy, North West Kent College
-In 2009-2010 she completed Maritime Education and Training course at the Nautical Institute –Ireland Branch
-In 2009 she completed Maritime Law and Crowd and Crisis Management course, at Hochschule Bremen, University of Applied Sciences, Germany
– Also, in 2009 she graduated Bridge Team and Resource Management course, The Swedish Club, Sweden and Constanta Maritime University
-Ms. Dragomir is the author of 3 books and over 30 research papers on Shipping & HR Management in Maritime Transport presented at ISI proceedings conferences or published by international indexed journals( SCOPUS, EBSCO etc.)
– Between 2011-2012 she was an expert member in the international research project RoNoMar (Romanian Norwegian Maritime Research) – code: 2008/111922, grant financed by Norwegian Cooperation with Romania Program, where she made a research study on “Motivation of target groups [females] to join seafaring”.
-In 2010, she was an expert member in the international scientific research project „Mathematical models in interdisiciplinary approach with applications in Engineering and Economics: MIEC 2010”, code ANCS 10.6 .
-Between 2012 –2013, she was an expert member in vocational counseling for the national project expert „Vocation, interests and self development path to professional success – VIA” –code: POSDRU/90/2.1/S/63742. In 2009, she worked as expert member in the national project “Modernization of academic education through a computerized management system for Romanian universities – SIMUR”, code: POSDRU/56/1.2./S/31541.
-In 2009, she was an expert member in the national project „Leadership: communication and competitiveness in new State Member countries integration” (LIDEROM) code: 282 – IDEI – PCE – 1246.
– Since March 2011 to present, Ms. Dragomir is CEO and business entrepreneur of a marketing company, where she has as main activities of project management.
-Since November 2008 she is the President of the European Centre for Social Responsibility, where she has responsibilities on management of social and environmental projects.
