·  Board Updates:

o  President’s Report: Outdoor concession stand repaired. A few uniforms left to be handed out. New Outdoor concession stand coordinator. Care Service will get a donated lift, Athletic Association can use it.

o  Vice President: Nominations for District Person of the Year. 75th Anniversary of CYC this year. Continued discussion of the site manager, district pool instead of parish provided workers.

o  Treasurer Report: Current Balance $16,941. $15,840, expenses.

o  Secretary: N/R

·  Coordinator Report:

o  Baseball/Softball/T-Ball: Games start tomorrow, Fields dragged and lined.
Season: April 23 to June 30.
Umpiring Report: Over charged, but it will be fixed.

o  Golf Report: 38 children signed up for golf.

o  Soccer Report – Teams fees going up $15.00. 4th Grade and younger, No head balls. Registration opens in Mid-May 2016.
Referee Report: Referee recruitment. Referee will put up flags, and coaches will put away goals.

o  Volleyball Report – New equipment for next year, 10 to 12 volleyballs, and a new net for court 1.

o  Basketball Report – Preseason tournament in December with coaches as refs to save money.
Referee Report: Need to pay Refs more.

o  Field Report – No Report.

o  Parish Center Report – No Report.

o  Outdoor Concession Stand Report – Stand is stocked and ready. Scheduling is going well, about 75% complete.

o  Indoor Concession Stand Report – New refrigerator for will be needed. Glass front refrigerator so products can be displayed would also be nice.

o  Uniforms – In process of ordering for Baseball, Softball, T-ball. Question about Hat / Visor. Have an excess of Baseball pants.

o  Maintenance Report – N/R

o  New/Old Business: Scholarship was voted out to be discontinued last year.
