Duties/Responsibilities:

-  Coordinate and support the librarian in providing quality input around program delivery in order to ensure that high quality communication materials are developed, produced and utilized.

-  Moving the DARs from the store room at MSL to the working place at JSI and re–store after completion.

-  Re-shading the Optical Mark Readers (OMR) cards that have been rejected or damaged by the scanners.

-  Packing of Answer Cards in respective boxes according to schools, districts/provinces and putting/shelving the boxes in the storeroom in their respective location allocated.

-  Transcript checking – i.e. verification of produced reports from the scanning against the clerical cards scanned.

-  Checking and binding of result listings according to schools, district and provinces.

-  Dispatch of Result Listings to provinces
