Eighth graders will take their Science SOL today. Please pass quietly through the halls today in consideration to your fellow students as they begin the SOL testing period. Thank you for your consideration!
Attention Students: After School at the Library is cancelled for the remainder of the school year due to the SOLs and the cancellation of 4:25 activity buses effective May 11. Please plan accordingly.
“We got Spirit yes we do,We got Spirit what about YOU?”Which grade has the most spirit? Will it be sixth , seventh, or eighth grade? This week starting on Thursday, May 11, show your School Spirit by purchasing spirit links. The grade level that has the longest spirit link chain on May 25 will win bragging rights, the spirit stick, and a special treat. Whose spirit link will reach around the gym, whose will be the length of the football field? Will it be sixth, seventh, or eighth? The cost of one link is $.75 or you can get 2 for $ 1.
The Student Faculty basketball game will be held May 25, right after school. Come one come all come tosee. Admission will be charged.
Cheer Tryouts at Osbourn Park High School:
A tryout interest meeting will take place TONIGHT on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, from 6:30 -7:30 p.m. at OsbournPark High School in Rm 1058. Tryouts are scheduled from May 23-25, 2017, from 5:30-8:00p.m.ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL AND CONCUSSION TRAINING PRIOR TO PARTICIPATING IN ALL PRE-TRYOUT CLINICS AND TRYOUTS. Incoming Freshman: If you have a middle school physical and middle school concussion training, please bring them to tryouts as they will be accepted.
