Dear Mittelstadt Families & Prospective PTO Sponsors:
Hello again! It’s a new school year! Welcome! Are you still wondering what PTO is all about? PARENTS and TEACHERS at Mittelstadt are working together to ORGANIZEmany things. We organize a variety of extra services & learning opportunities for our Patriot Students! Also, each year we focus funds on a major purchase. With the donations that the PTO had generated last year, we will bepurchasing a
Video Conferencing Unit
so that our students will be able to participate in virtual field trips to exciting places like the San Diego Zoo and the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C.!
Last year we were able to purchase a new piece of playground equipment which the children just love! I’m sure you heard all about. Just recently we started a fund so that some day we can purchase a new marquee for the front of our school. It’s time that we bring the front of our school into the 21st Century with new signage, but we have a long way to go, so if you would like your funds to be dedicated to the new marquee, please specify.
To support the PTO’s budget, we will raise donations through 2 fundraisers this year:
- Entertainment Coupon Book sales - September
- Boosterthon - March
If helping in one of these ways is NOT your favorite option, our new PTO Sponsor Program is just for you. Flat donations can be made toward the general PTO budget. All donations are completely appreciated. We are reaching out to our school families AND our community businesses who might like to help.
Attached is our sponsor plan that is designed to fit any budget. We ask that you consider financially supporting our PTO by giving any amount you can. If interested, please cut off the form, fill it out, and turn it in to our school.
