No Service Charge. Tuesday and Saturday bookings.

Supplement for king size bed at £4 per day.

We regret we have no facilities for children under 5 years, but children under 16 years sharing with 2adults receive a 33% reduction.

Booking Conditions

A deposit of £25 per person confirms a reservation which is non-returnable under any circumstances leadingto a cancellation. One night stays must be paid in full advance. £100 deposit for self-catering apartments.

Cancellation policy

In line with normal travel trade practices the following charges will be dedicated from your credit card

leading to a cancellation

42-29 days before arrival = 30% of the total value of the holiday

28 – 15 days before arrival = 45% of the total value of the holiday

14 – 8 days before arrival = 60% of the total value of the holiday

7 – 3 days before arrival = 75% of the total value of the holiday

2 – 0 days before arrival = 100% of the total value of the holiday

Method of payment of final account

Cash, cheques drawn on English banks (with 5 working days notice). Credit Card, Access, Visa, MasterCard, Amex will attract a 2% levy except for deposits..

Hire Cars

We offer competitive pre-booked rates if you pre book on all cars. Arrangements can be made for you tobe met on arrival or delivered to the guest house, details will be sent with you confirmation. We have ourown private car park. We can also arrange bicycle hire.

Special Hire car rates for families with one or two children through the season

Group A - £98, Group B - £105, Group C - £120 to include 7 days hire and insurance (£250 excess).
