POWERbreathe Wins Consumer Product Design of the Year Award 2010
Warwickshire, England (1st October 2010). The POWERbreathe Kinetic Series of Inspiratory Muscle and Breathing Trainers has been awarded the UK Plastics Industry’s most prestigious award, “2010 Consumer Product Design of the Year”.
The 10-year Anniversary of the UK Plastics Industry Awards was celebrated by hundreds of movers and shakers from this vital industry at the London Hilton, Park Lane, London on Friday 1st October 2010, where the winners were unveiled.
“The very high standard of entries for the 10th annual Plastics Industry Awards is testament to the fact that UK companies still lead the world in many aspects of plastics design, moulding and manufacture,” said Steve Crowhurst, organiser.
The recognition of the POWERbreathe Kinetic Series for the Quality of Design and Product Innovation follows in the footsteps of previous recognition of POWERbreathe products by peer leaders and independent experts.
For example, POWERbreathe Classic, the first generation of POWERbreathe breathing training products, was recognised by the UK Design Council and named a “Millennium Product” in 2001.
