LOCATION:5400 & 5500 blocks of Harford Road
Cost per 10’ x 10’ space:Food/drink vendor$175.00
All other vendors 75.00
Non-profit organizations not selling items 40.00
*Non-profits selling items – fees are the same as regular rates; must have 501(c)3 registered with the State of Maryland.
**After 7/15/16, only cash or money orders will be accepted.
***VENDOR AGREEMENT***
Only payment of the appropriate fee with a completed Registration Form and Vendor Agreement will reserve your space. Spaces are reserved on a “first come first served” basis. Upon receipt of your payment with a completed/signed vendor agreement and registration form, we will email or send you a letter of acceptance to the festival. Your space location will be assigned the day of the festival. Your space will be assigned and labeled by your BUSINESS name.
SET UP: Time is 10:00 – 11:45am. All vehicles must be off the road by 11:45 am.
NO EXCEPTIONS! If you have a large trailer or need a lot of time to unload, you must be at your space by 9:00am. When your trailer, car or truck is unloaded, you will be required to remove it from the street.
Exhibitors must supply their own tables, chairs, equipment, power (generators are not permitted in your booth area). Any use of generators MUST be approved prior to the event by Regina Lansinger or Mia Blom. Food vendors must meet all health and fire codes of Baltimore City. Open fires require a working and approved fire extinguisher. Food vendors are required to obtain a Health permit from Baltimore City. Please remember that this is a family friendly festival. HLMS can and will ask that any items we deem inappropriate to be removed (eg: silly string, stink bombs, guns, knives, etc.)
**Failure to comply to the above will result in your removal from the festival without refund.**
