Description
Mid-term and final exams will be proctored online by the proctoring service: Examity. This service will give you flexibility to schedule exams at your convenience and take them wherever you want as long as you adhere to the exam rules set for the test.
For exams, we will use Level XX proctoring by Examity. For a description of this Level XX experience, see the Student Tab at
Costs
You are responsible for all costs associated with online proctoring. These costs include the initial cost of the proctoring but may also include late fees, cancellation fees, or other costs.
The current cost for proctoring in this course is (place your costs here based on your level choices and number of exams) per exam. The total cost for online proctoring is XX not including fees that you may incur.

Examity requires a high speed Internet connection and a minimum computer set-up. For instructions on creating your Examity account, technical requirements, and getting technical help, see the Student Tab at
Flagged Incidences in a Proctoring Session
As you take an online proctored exam, any incidences such as looking away from your screen, others in your space, extra sounds, and so on will result in a flagged event. These events will be reviewed by the instructor. Any flagged event which is determined to be a breach of JSU’s Academic Honesty Code will result in XXXX.

Our first Examity proctored test is coming up on MM/DD/YY. You may take this test anytime between the dates MM/DD/YY and MM/DD/YY. To take the test, be sure to schedule your proctoring session asap. Do so by navigating to the Examity portal from within Course Tools, and click on the Examity link.

If you have not set up your Examity profile, you must do so immediately. Do so by navigating to the Examity portal from within Course Tools, and click on the Examity link.
If you need to schedule less than 24 hours in advance, you will have to use the on-demand scheduling option;this option will cost an extra $3.00.You are responsible for costs and fees associated with this proctoring session.
