Citibank Extends Business Hours for its Branches to Meet the Clients‘ Needs

Citi‘s New Branch in downtown Prague to be Available in the Evening and on Saturdays

Citibank continues in enhancing its Prague-based branch network and keeps its promise to adjust branches’ working hours to meet the needs and desire of clients.Today, Citibank opened its new branch on 28. října street that will stay open for business until the late evening hours and willalso be available to clients on Saturdays.“We know that people from downtown Prague are very busy and we did not want to make them have to leave their office or change their work plans everytime they need to visit our branch.Our new branch will be opened from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on weekdaysand from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. on Saturdays“, said Bert Pijls, Business Manager of Citibank Retail Banking Division.

This branch is the second new office opened by Citibank in Prague this year, as the first branch was opened in July on Vinohradska Street.Under the project of enhancing its sales network, Citibank plans to open in the City of Prague its centerto serve private clientele in the upcoming months.In addition, Citibank has also opened this year a dedicated corporate center for SME clients in Zlín.

Asof date, Citibank has opened 13 branches in the CzechRepublic.Citibank’s strategy is to offer to the individual client segments the individual and modern approach and, thus, also Citi’s sales and network is adjusted to fully meet this objective.All of its products are offered by Citibank through the Internet and phone banking as well and, at the disposal of Citibank also is a network of more than a thousand of sale specialists who operate across the entire Czech Republic.
