Students are to go to the commons upon entering the building in the morning, not to their lockers!

LUNCH MENU FOR THE WEEK OF March 9-12:
Tuesday – Country Fried Steak

Thursday – Potato Bar
On “BLACK” days the lunch schedule is 5th, 6th, 8th and 7th!
On “WHITE” days the lunch schedule is 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th!

USE OF SCHOOL PHONE: Use of the school phone to call home regarding school matters is allowed on Lunch Break or with a pass from your teacher. Passes will not be issued if you are late to class. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

UPCOMING EVENTS:
Knowledge Bowl! Congratulations to the 8th Grade team for again placing at the ACCJHS tournament. There were 14 teams competing and they went undefeated the entire night!
League Meet at Sabetha on Tuesday, March 24 (after break). We will be stopping for pizza and I will send out "order forms" this week. Each student will need to bring $5 for the cost of the pizza.
Track will start on March 23 (after Spring Break). The MS Parent Meeting will be that night (March 23) at 5:15 p.m. Orders for t-shirts and other team items will be sent out before spring break.
Attention 8th Grade: Anyone interested in High School Cheerleader tryouts can sign up in the office and get an information packet. Practices are Tuesday, March 24th and Wednesday, March 25th from 6:00 – 7:30 PM. Tryouts will be Thursday, March 26th at 6:30 in the High School Gym.
Jeff West Diamond Club Baseball will conduct a Youth Baseball Camp for ages 8 – 14 on Saturday, March 14th from 10:00 AM – Noon. Cost is $20.00 and will be held at the Jeff West diamond in Ozawkie. Registration forms are available in front of the office or from Coach Hypse.
Middle School Vocal Concert tonight at 7:00 PM at the High School.
No School on Thursday, March 12th! Go support the Lady Tigers as they travel to Wichita for the State Basketball Tournament!
No School on Friday, March 13th due to Professional Work Day.
Spring Break is Monday, March 16th through March 20th!
