MANAGEMENT POSITIONS
Assistant Floral Manager (Full Time*)
Work in tandem with the Floral & Design Manager and the Floral & Design team. Ability to multitask within a fast paced environment. Work in tandem with the sales, catering and production teams to meet and sell overall event décor. Create actual and virtual presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, 3-D CAD programs & Excel. Must be proficient in the before mentioned programs as well as Outlook & Word and have working knowledge of social websites such as Pinterest, Smugmug, The Knot & Dropbox. Good supervisory and business management skills required. Excellent floral and design skill and ability to create pieces at a fast pace. Floral art/design school training required. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time as well lift up to 30lbs. Valid California driver's license required.

Forestry, Ecology & Roads Manager (Full Time*)
Oversee the management of open space areas as well as the roads and drainage systems in the Del Monte Forest and other company owned properties. Working knowledge of horticulture, arboriculture, propagation and the native flora of Monterey County necessary. Experience in landscape management preferred. Knowledge of roads and drainage systems as well as the ability to operate equipment used in those operations. Must possess administrative and budgeting skills, also the ability to prioritize and schedule work especially during special events and emergency situations. Minimum of three years management experience in parks, public works or forestry and landscape operations required. Valid California driver’s license, certified arborist certificate and pesticide QAC required.

Manager, Web Design & Email Marketing (Full Time*)
This hands-on position will manage website development and email marketing campaigns. The best candidates will have a polished sense of design and the coding skills to back it up. Design, build, maintain web applications using authoring or scripting languages, while adhering to company brand guidelines and website best practices in responsive design. Create email templates and develop HTML emails from approved artwork. Apply tracking variables to all URLs for integration with analytics and deploy in ESP platform. Prepare monthly KPI reports on website analytics and email marketing initiatives. Ensure SEO best practices are followed; assist with SEM campaigns as needed. Manage Social Media Hub that will be part of new website in 2016. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines. Minimum five years' experience required in website development and email marketing in travel/hospitality or related fields. Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JS, PHP, MySQL, working with a CDN, and Content Management Systems (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal). Adobe Creative Suite experience and software required. Experience with luxury brands and graphic design a plus.

Pebble Beach Preferred Manager - Sales (Full Time*)
Responsible for achieving stated occupancy and revenue goals by prospecting, soliciting, booking and servicing the needs of small groups designated as “Pebble Beach Preferred” customers. Solicit new and existing accounts that contract and produce a minimum of 3,000 room nights per year. Must be extremely service oriented, accurate, and work with attention to detail. Excellent telephone skills, verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to perform data entry. Good organizational and time management skills necessary. Knowledge of hotel reservations (SMS), sales/conference services systems (DELPHI), and Microsoft Office applications. Two years of hotel/resort experience, preferably in reservations/sales also required.

Housekeeping Team Leader (Full Time*)
This is a supervisory position that will cross train in all areas and aspects of the Rooms Division – to encompass the Front Desk, Porter/Valet, Concierge, Housekeeping and Overnight Manager on Duty. Physical Therapist (Independent Contractor)
Pebble Beach Resorts seeks a licensed Physical Therapist for a contractor position at The Beach & Tennis Club. Contractor will promote overall positive health and fitness wellbeing to Club members and Resort guests, including providing therapy to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disability. Contractor shall determine proper treatment plans through various evaluations, tests, and therapy methods, including manual therapy, traction, and the use of ultrasound equipment, as needed and in accordance with treating physician(s). When appropriate, Contractor shall recommend Resort services, such as the Club's exclusive fitness facility and its various classes and programs. Contractor must hold and maintain the following: a current and good standing Physical Therapy license in the state of California, insurance coverage at levels equal to industry standards, and a current and valid California driver's license.

Fitness
Fitness Instructor (On Call)
Able to teach multiple formats, such as, barre, zumba, aqua aerobics, yoga, resistance and cardio classes. Teach private and semi-private sessions along with group classes to our members and guests. Minimum two years of fitness instruction experience. Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for fitness required. CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Food & Beverage
Banquet Set-Up Person (On Call)
Set up and service Beach & Tennis Club banquet functions to banquet event order specifications, i.e. chairs, tables, linen, etc. Ability to work efficiently and thoroughly, performing physical tasks at a steady pace, for the entire shift. Ability to work a varied and flexible shift required. Eligible for Union benefits package.

Cook III (On Call)
Produce hot and cold foods prepared to the highest standards set by the Beach Club kitchen team leaders. Basic hot and cold food and pantry knowledge required. Will need to be able to work and know standards of quality and production. Prior experience of line cooking also required. Eligible for Union benefits package. Food safety certification required.

Steward (On Call)
Thoroughly clean and sanitize the kitchen area and cooking equipment; maintaining the highest level of cleanliness in the kitchen and dock areas. Ability to understand directions and communicate clearly with supervisor and co-workers. Some knowledge of sanitation and familiarity with cleaning chemicals. Audio Visual Evening Production Supervisor (Full Time*)
Ensure that Audio/Visual services for corporate productions and special events are organized and carried out as directed by the manager to meet the needs of the client. Pre-plan equipment and labor for large productions. Supervise the installation of large productions and run equipment if needed. Ensure that proper equipment is prepared, available and ready for large installations. Must have appropriate recent experience working as an Audio/Visual Operator and/or Supervisor in a hotel/hospitality/corporate environment. Job involves pre-planning, operation, supervision and direction of productions of all sizes in a high standard environment with a positive attitude. Must be able to work at a fast pace, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide the highest level of customer service at all times. Appropriate candidate will have the necessary combination of technical skills needed, such as digital sound reinforcement, stage lighting skills, IT skills, data switching/projection experience, set building/carpentry skills. Floral Designer (On Call)
Create and maintain fresh floral arrangements and seasonal décor of the highest quality within the hotels, as well as servicing the floral needs of hotel guests and groups, as required for private or special events. Create multiple arrangements that are consistent in appearance for table settings at banquets and special events. Excellent floral design skills and ability to create pieces at a fast pace. Ability to incorporate regional and seasonal floral into designs. Ability to lift safely and move large, heavy floral displays as needed. Valid California driver's license required. Floral experience required. Ability to work a flexible schedule also required.

Floral Set Up & Driver (On Call)
Responsible for delivery of all floral pieces. Must have some knowledge and ability to set up floral arrangements, linens, props and other decor where necessary. Ability to safely lift and move large, heavy floral displays. Valid California driver's license and current DMV report required.

GOLF
Assistant Golf Professional - Spyglass Hill Starters (Full Time*)
Provide customers and guests assistance in a courteous and cheerful manner. Ensure the smooth, orderly operation of the golf shop in accordance with the goals and policies set forth by the Golf Division. Membership in good standing in the PGA/LPGA or pursuit of PGA/LPGA membership required. Basic cash register/handling experience necessary. Some previous golf course experience also required. Greenkeeper - Pebble Beach Golf Maintenance (Full Time*)
Perform all given tasks in a manner which contributes to the highest standards of golf course maintenance. Assist in construction, general clean up and operation of motorized equipment. Ability to understand and follow directions. Previous golf course maintenance experience necessary. Valid California driver’s license required.

PEBBLE BEACH EQUESTRIAN CENTER
Assistant Trainer (Part Time)
Provide exercise, training, and entry level lessons to PBEC client-owned horses, grooming and other services for PBEC and client-owned horses and escort trail rides when needed. Assist trail guides with correct horse selection and assist clients and resort guests with a safe and memorable trail ride experience. Provide grooming and clipping services for PBEC and client owned horses. Assist with pony rides and pony parties. Must have excellent riding and communication skills. Ability to complete a variety of horse related tasks from grooming to entry level lessons. Must be physically fit and able to ride a variety of horses safely. Previous experience at a large riding establishment, previous riding and showing at a high level desired. Valid California driver's license.

Stable Hand (Full Time*)
Perform stall and corral cleaning and horse turnout duties. Assist Stable Foreman with maintenance work when needed. Must have excellent horse handling skills. Requires heavy lifting. Corporate Sales Coordinator (Full Time*)
Assists the Group Retail department by achieving monthly and annual sales goals and coordinating picking, packaging and gift-wrapping of merchandise for group gifts programs. Works closely with corporate clients, Sales and Conference Services in the selection, ordering, and delivery of branded and co-branded Pebble Beach merchandise for corporate group events. Ensures accurate, timely and efficient shipping and receiving procedures and assists the Group Retail Manager with month-end reconciliation. Excellent sales, organizational and time management skills required. Minimum three years' experience with purchasing, contract negotiation, conference planning and selling. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferred knowledge of Delphi, NeXT and RAS.

Personal Shopper - The Men's Shop (Full Time*)
Provide personalized customer service and maximize sales through suggestive selling and customer follow-up. Will build a personal client base and maintain on-going communication in order to create additional sales and interest after the guest’s visit. Responsible for daily re-stock and maintenance of designated sections of sales floor as directed by Sales Manager. Basic math and excellent communication skills required.
