VERONA AREA EDUCATION FOUNDATION, INC.

FOUNDATION GRANT PROGRAM APPLICATION

The Verona Area Education Foundation is a non-profit created to support the educational excellence of the Verona Area School District. The Foundation provides grants for the schools, students/teachers, and community involvement projects that show promise of enriching the educational opportunities throughout the School District.

Foundation Grant Criteria

Priority will be given to proposals meeting the following criteria:

1. Is consistent with the Educational Plan of the Verona Area School District.

2. Is supplemental to the regular school budget (instructor stipends will not be awarded).

3. Shows a clear benefit to students.

4. The project has not been before the Foundation for approval in the past.

5. Will be carried out within the current or following school year after receiving the funds.

Foundation Proposal Timeline

Proposals must be received by Nov. 4. Requests that are granted will receive funds in January, paid to the school,for the exclusive use of the requested project.
