Discussion / Another group was already utilizing our normal call-in number. We could not have the outer offices

Suggestion Boxes

Discussion / Suggestion Boxes – Jeff Highsmith read off the suggestions from the Suggestion Box in Ottawa. One of
them was to replace the “diffuser” in the Women’s bathroom. As a plumber was already in route to the office for another repair, he
Could also replace the “diffuser’.
Conclusions / The items were repaired by the plumber.

Connectivity & Computer Issues

Discussion / There were reports of connectivity issues in the La Salle office, and computer issues in general. The
Connectivity issues appear to have been somewhat resolved. The computer issues have not. Greg requests that whenever any issues
Come up, that he or Tracy be notified as soon as possible, and not days later after the initial problem has occurred.
Conclusions / When Tracy and Greg are notified of any computer issues as soon as they occur, they have a better chance
of correcting them. Sometimes one computer problem can lead to another problem, and if Tracy and Greg know as soon as possible
They may be able to resolve the problem before it can compound, and lead to a bigger problem.

Discussion / Because of the new construction work, parking in back of the building is at a premium. The question of
Moving the red pickup truck from its current spot, to across the street came up. It was felt that moving it would result in us having
