Review Membership Application

  1. Rough draft created by Ed Galizia, modifications reviewed
  2. Application will be added to the club’s website
  3. Data based to be created from applications
  4. Membership meetings will be held the 3rd Wednesday of each month
  5. Business meeting to be held the hour before each membership meeting
  6. Inquiry being made as to how to create an email account that will receive questions posted by members

Review rough draft of newspaper article

  1. Ed Galizia submitted rough draft for board to review. Some changes made. Ed will edit same and send it out this week for our approval.
  2. Deadline to submit article is 7/13/17
  3. Would like it to appear in the OTOW community newspaper distributed 8/31/17
  4. Bev to contact Theresa Fields. Will ask her to add our club meetings to the monthly club schedules.

Review telephone script for the telephone membership drive

  1. Ed created a draft of the phone script.
  2. Changes suggested.
  3. Nancy passed out the contact list of singles residing at OTOW
  4. In late August we will call these individuals and invite them to our September Meet and Greet

Group photo – schedule date/time – Marketing photographer will take photo

  1. We are to meet at the pickle ball court at 5:15pm Wednesday, July 12th
  2. Photos to be posted in the gallery tab of the website.
  3. New photos will be added as events are conducted

5-6 Events to plan – let’s get rolling! Corn Hole 8/2 or 8/16, 7-8 pm

  1. Corn Hole games
  2. Night Golf
  3. Poker Run

Meet and Greet at Indigo Clubhouse

  1. Date changed to Wednesday, September 20th to avoid conflicts at the Indigo East club house
  2. Event will be held in the main ballroom from 6pm-8pm
  3. They will provide a microphone
  4. Ed will create a form for special event activities; who, what, where, etc. This will be posted on the website
  5. Sign in sheet needed to validate they are OTOW residents.
  6. Activity sign-up sheet needed
  7. A walk through is needed for all the board members to get a visualization of the facility
  8. The walk though should occur in late August

Reports back:

  1. Bank Account – checking account
  2. Bank America will charge $12/month for balances below $1500
  3. Sun Trust charges $8/month for balances below $1500
  4. Regions charges $8/month for balances below $1500
  5. Bank of Ozark – Ed and Gus will check on this bank’s requirements
  6. GoDaddy invoice received
  7. $90 for setup fee
