Patient Access Representatives,
I am pleased to announce a few upgrades to our monthly Quality Incentive Program regarding qualifying criteria and the associated monthly drawing.
We will now be including an AuditLogix accuracy percentage of 99% or greater as part of the criteria.
We will be increasing the number of drawing winners from six (6) to ten (10) each month.
The gift card reward amount will be increasing from $25 to $50.
The new program elements will be applied in July for the June 2010 qualification.
Please contact myself or one of the PA Supervisors if you have any questions.
Thank You !
