·  Any confirmation, modification or cancellation must be approved by the Hotel to be valid.

·  Reservations may be cancelled with the Hotel’s approval within the allowed timeframe, i.e. 48 hours before the guest’s date of arrival, or the first night of accommodation will be charged as a No Show; the same charge will apply if the guest fails to show.
