Look for: Rate of accomplishment, confidence, consistency in attendance, follows dress code policies- there are no visible piercings or tattoos, hair is clean, neat, and pulled back. If applicable a proper hat is to be worn and worn properly (logo facing front). Proper shoes, clothing is not dirty, wrinkled or torn. Follows company policies and understands what unacceptable job performance and misconduct is (references to handbook section IV).

Awareness of coffee/soda bar- cleanliness, stocked with condiments, napkins, ice, cups/lids etc.
