MARTIN COUNTY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION ACCEPTING GRANT APPLICATIONS

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – March 2, 2015

The board of advisors of the Martin County Community Foundation is currently accepting grant requests for community projects funded from its community fund, according to Susan Dunlow, board president.

Funds are available for nonprofit organizations that serve general charitable needs in Martin County.

Beginning on Friday, March 6th applications will be available online only. Visit nccommunityfoundation.org for information about applying online. The deadline for submitting applications is noon April 14.

The Martin County Community Foundation is an affiliate of the North Carolina Community Foundation (NCCF). The Martin County Community Foundation provides grants to local nonprofits, administers college scholarships for county students and supports professional advisors who have clients interested in establishing endowments or designated funds for specific charitable purposes.
