This form will be used for either or both shows. NOTE: Pen requests are included on Entry Form. Goats will be checked in on Friday night and be stalled until Sunday after the show. If you will be showing in ONE Show only, select either SHOW A or SHOW B, if you are showing in both then please check both SHOW A & SHOW B and fill out the information and mail it to the Show Secretary with the Stall Request Form.

*Goats can be checked in on Friday the 10th from 4:00pm till 8:00pm. Or September 11th and 12th from7:00-8:00am. No entries for either Show after 8:00am!

MGR SANCTIONED SHOW RULES OF2010 COVERED BRIDGE FAINTING GOAT SHOWS
1. Goats must be registered by the Myotonic Goat Registry. The ORIGINAL registration certificate MUST accompany the goat during check-in. Kids under three (3) months of age must be registered for any sanctioned classes.
2. Age eligibility for classes will be determined by registration certificate.
3. Substitutions will be allowed at Check-In within the same class at no charge.
4. No percentage goats will be allowed to be shown.
5. SHOW A (Sept 11, 2010) will start promptly at 9:00am. SHOW B (Sept. 12, 2010) will start promptly at 1:00 pm.
6. Goats will be released immediately after the Sunday show. You must clean out
your own stalls. There is a charge if you clean out your Truck-Trailer or SUV using the fairgrounds manure spreader. That fee will be on the Entry Form.
7. All goats MUST have a health certificate. You MUST bring an extra copy of your goat's health certificate and that will be retained by the Show Chairperson. Your
Herd Tattoo MUST be USDA Approved and legible. Scrapie tags are acceptable.
8. All goats must be shown with collar on. All goats must wear collars outside of stalls. Bucks must be secure at all times.
9. Showsecretary reserves the right to split large classes.
10. MGR Rules to govern and to take precedence over all others.
11. Entry fee: $8.00 per goat per show. (Including kids in sanctioned classes) Entry Fees must be postmarked no later than August 22, 2010. No refunds of entry fees. (Late entry fee of $16.00 if postmarked AFTER August 22, 2010.)
12. This is a ribbon and points show.Any available awards will be announced at the show.
13. Early Check in times will be Friday 10th, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.GoatsMUST be checked in by Sat. 11, 2010 @ 7:00am. until 8:00 am. the day of the show. Then again the morning of Sept. 12th Sunday from 7:00 am until 8:00 AM.
14. Check-in will stop immediately at 8:00 AM Sept. 11th and 12th. If you are not at the Show Secretary's desk by 8:00 AM you will not be allowed to check-in or show. All goats brought into the facility must be entered in a class.
15. Any SALES must be off Show Grounds, and follow Iowa Regulations on Transporting of Goats.
16. FUN CLASS- This class is unsanctioned, and not eligible for Championship Awards. Any goat shown in a FUN CLASS must also be shown in a Sanctioned Class.
17. Any item that comes up that is not specifically covered by these rules will be decided by the show committee and their decision will be final.
18. No alcoholic beverages or smoking in the barns or arena allowed.
19. All goats entering (IOWA) for exhibition must meet all the requirements for entry into (IOWA). Goats must have a valid health certificate.Goats may be examined on grounds by show personnel or veterinarian. Goats showing evidence of disease, particularly foot rot, sore mouth, abscesses will not be allowed to enter the barn or show and may be released by officials. Your herd tattoo must be registered with the USDA. Scrapie tags are acceptable.

20. The organizers of this show and the facility will not be liable for any loss, damages or accidents to animals, persons or property while participating in the show. Youth exhibitors are to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
21. No dogs are allowed in the show arena and must be on leash or confined in other areas / Barn.
