1. Standing Committee and Club Officer Appointments:Before President Silvas announced several new Club Officer appointments he took a few moments to recognize and personally thank two outgoing officers. First, Reno Puente our past Membership Chairman, who Rico has credited for taking his office to the next level with innovative computer technology and has done an outstanding job. The next is our outgoing Chaplain, Guillermo Wolf who has consistently provided the Club with spiritual guidance and prayers at our meetings and events. Guillermo had a very special way of bringing us together with his opening and closing prayers. On behalf of the entire SLMC, President Silvas delivered our sincere thanks to both these men for sharing their time and God given talents with all of us during their tours of duty. Next, Rico introduced our new Membership Chairman, Eric Johnson, and our new Chaplain, Nat Chavez. He thanked both these members for accepting these important assignments.
