Handicap International Federation runs programmes under its operating name, Humanity & Inclusion (HI)is an independent and impartial aid and development organisation working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. We work alongside disabled and vulnerable people to help meet their essential needs, improve their living conditions and promote respect for their dignity and fundamental rights.

Humanity & Inclusion has been working in the Philippines since 1985. Currently HI Philippines is working in Western Visayas, particularly in Roxas City, Iloilo City, Kalibo and Passi City while some areas are in Davao Region.

Interested Suppliers to being added in our list of selected suppliers and services, in participating in future restricted Bids/Quotes on specific items and/or in signing framework agreements with us either should collect the Supplier Questionnaire Form printed copy through HI Offices and during working hours as from addressed below :

You can submit your complete application file along with above-mentioned documents under SEALED ENVELOP address to “Logistics Department” to any offices location mentioned above (Makati City, Roxas City, Davao City) or send an electronic copy by email towith subject title “HI Philippines - Call For Interest 2018” on or before 21st of May 2018.

The applicant must include the following mandatory documents in order to be qualified:

  1. Completed/filled Supplier Questionnaire Form with necessary attachments;
  2. Valid Trade License/Business permit copy
  3. Company Status, valid VAT & E-TIN Registration Certificate copy
  4. Certificate of Incorporation/Professional body registration copy if any
  5. Company profile;
  6. Import & Export License (if related to company profile/type of business);
  7. References of similar supply/service/work offered either to other INGO’s, UN, Embassies ormajor corporations in past 3 years (attach list of clients with contact details);
  8. Audited accounts for the past 2 years (depends on the size of organization)
  9. Bank account details (name of account, number, branch)
  10. Bank Statement for last 3 months ( depends);
  11. Any other relevant information.
