Senior Expenses
Mandatory Expenses:
(Payments will be accepted starting August 15th and must be paid in full by September 30th; see next page for senior package options)
1. Senior dues (covers monthly and year-end activities) - $125
2. Commencement Fees (covers diploma cover, printing of tickets and programs, diplomas, cords/medallions, graduation decorations/flowers, transportation to and fromgraduation rehearsal, and basics for Senior Awards Ceremony)- $45
3. Cap & Gown (basic package to be purchased from Herff Jones; visit for order information)
Optional Expenses:
(Some may be purchased as a part of a senior package or paid for separately throughout the year; see next page for senior package options)
1. Prom (per person attending) - $70 (subject to change if purchased after September 30th)
2. Grad Bash - $130 per person (subject to price change if purchased after September 30th)
3. Yearbook - $50.00 if purchased as a part of the senior package, (subject to price change if purchased after September 30th)
4. Yearbook ads - parents will have the option of purchasing a yearbook page to post a picture and message to their senior. Page prices vary by size desired and information will be sent home during the school year .
5. Senior Week Activities – any additional activities/costs not covered by original $125 fee (to be determined by Senior Class Officers)
6. Senior Awards Ceremony – to be determined by Senior Class Officers. Graduation fee above covers the basics, but the class officers may elect to have a banquet which will result in an additional per person charge.
7. Graduation Announcement & other misc. graduation items – visit for details. Purchase and pay directly to Herff Jones.
8. Senior Pictures- pictures must be taken during the summer or first month of the school year by Cady & Cady to be included in the yearbook.
9. Cap & Gown pictures – Feb – April 2017; package prices available closer to the scheduled date.Pay directly to Cady & Cady, also.
Senior Package Options:
Student may elect to pay for one of two senior packages. Payments for these packages may be split into two separate partial payments (1/2 total amount each payment; i.e, package #1- two payments of $85 or package #2- two payments of $210).
The first payment is due by August 31st and the second payment must be paid by September 30th. Payments will be accepted starting on August 15th. Students may elect to pay for the full price of the chosen package in one payment by September 30th.
Packages must be paid in full by September 30thand no refunds are available once payment is made regardless of reason (i.e. student transfer, student ineligible to participate due to grades or behavior issues, student or parent decides not to participate in activity).
Senior Package #1: $170 (includes the senior dues $125 and graduation fee $45)-this minimum package is required for all seniors in order to participate in senior activities and commencement ceremony.
Senior Package #2: $420(includes senior dues $125, graduation fee $45, one prom ticket $70, one Grad Bash ticket $130, and one yearbook $50) Note: This does not include your Cap and Gown, any Cap and Gown pictures, or Announcements.
