As You Hopefully Know, the Penn Manor Elementary School Science Fair Will Be Held at The

Dear Parents,

As you hopefully know, the Penn Manor Elementary School Science Fair will be held at the high school on Wednesday, April 6, 2011. We hope that you are planning to attend; we know that you will enjoy seeing the many projects that the students have been working on.

We would like to tell you about a wonderful dinner opportunity being offered this year. At the cafeteria entrance/exit of the high school, members of the Marticville Marathoners Relay For Life Team, will be serving subs and peanut butter and jelly meals on a take out basis. Each meal will include chips, a drink and dessert. The sub meal is available for $7.00 and the peanut butter and jelly meal is available for $4.00. We wanted to bring you the convenience of not having to cook after a long evening of being away from home. Just think of the time you'll save by pre-ordering your meal for that evening.

We are taking orders for the meals ahead of time so that we know what quantity of food to order. Feel free to order as many meals as needed and since you are preordering, you will not have to bring any money to the science fair.

Any profits made from this dinner will be donated to the American Cancer Society.

Please fill out the order form below and have your child return it to his or her teacher by Monday, March 28, 2011. The form must also be accompanied by payment, either cash or a check payable to Marticville PAC. There will be only a few extra dinners available to purchase the night of the event, so your best bet is to preorder today!
