The Parish Council strongly objected to this condition being lifted as it was imposed to retain the character of the development and such a removal would be detrimental for other leaseholders.
The Parish Council in its initial findings from its Neighbourhood Plan consultation finds there is a need for this type of housing and not a surplus so any reduction in this type of housing would be objected to.

Description: BUILDING AND LAND FORM PART OF RESIDENTIAL CURTILAGE.

The Parish Council understands this land formed part of Hartwell Farm a model farm built in the 1880’s bought by the Paul family without the original farm house and they later built a house which has recently had an agricultural tie removed. It is understood the water tower did not supply the houses once mains was introduced but may have supplied the farm. The farm and residential buildings have been split up and sold over the years and the bungalow (once an apple store), surrounding fields and land surrounding the water tower were conveyed to members of the same family and the land was used in an open fluid manner so cannot help further in determining exact use and boundaries.
