Tour Price Includes:
Ø Deluxe air conditioned motor coach transportation throughout the trip.
Ø Airport transfers, if notified of arrival/departure times in advance.
Ø Hotel accommodations and all meals as indicated in the tour program, at exclusive local restaurants and select hotels, featuring traditional Turkish & Ottoman Cuisine, including domestic alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Ø Istanbul-Konya round-trip flight (for Central Turkey tour participants)
Ø All entrance fees during the tour, such as museums, mosques, archeological sites, churches, etc.

Prices and Payment Schedule:
The price for the tour as outlined in the itinerary is:
Ø 7,383 USD per person sharing a Double Room; 8,850 USD for Single Room accommodations for Istanbul/Thrace/Marmara/Central Turkey Tour
Ø 4,720 USD per person sharing a Double Room; 5,650 USD for Single Room accommodation for the
Istanbul/Thrace/Marmara Tour
Ø 3,540 USD per person sharing a Double Room; 4,360 USD for Single Room accommodations for the
Central Turkey Tour
Arrangements for roommates have to be made in advance and are the participant’s responsibility. A non-refundable deposit of $ 500 per person, applied toward the tour price, is due no later than June 1, 2009 to guarantee space. The balance is due by July 3, 2009.
Payments may be made by US checks or money orders to the Turkish Cultural Foundation. Payment by Visa/Mastercard cards is accepted and subject to a 3 percent surcharge.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
For cancellation of confirmed reservations, the following refund policy applies:
Ø 90 days and more prior to the tour date, 100 percent of the tour price; 60-90 days prior to the tour date, 75 percent of the tour price; 45-60 days prior to the tour date, 50 percent of the tour price; 30-45 days prior to the tour date, 25 percent of the tour price; no refunds will be given for cancellations made with 30 days or less notice, prior to the tour date.
No refunds can be made for unused portions of the tour program. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email, fax or mail to the Turkish Cultural Foundation. Should the Turkish Cultural Foundation deem it necessary to cancel the program, all payments and deposits will be fully refunded (check or credit card refund).
Health:
Thetour schedulecalls forbus travel between sites andwalking city tours, whichmay include climbing and descending stairs.Participants are responsible for taking all appropriate medical precautions. Prior to travel, participants are kindly requestedto inform the tour organizers of existingmedical conditions anddietary restrictions to make sure that they can be accommodated.

Responsibility
The Turkish Cultural Foundation and its representatives are only responsible for making arrangements for services during the scheduled tour. The Turkish Cultural Foundation and its representatives do not represent or are agents for carriers, hotels and other suppliers of services connected with this tour. Baggage and personal property are carried at owner’s risk. The right is reserved to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour for reasons of health, safety, and/or general welfare of the tour group or of the individual participant.
DECLARATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
As a condition to acceptance of any application, each participant must agree to, and sign the statement set forth below:
The undersigned has read the schedule of activities for this tour and recognizes and accepts the risks thereof. The undersigned also understands and hereby agrees for and on behalf of himself, his dependents, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns to abide by the conditions set forth under RESPONSIBILITY above, and to release and hold harmless the Turkish Cultural Foundation and its representatives, and any of their officers, trustees, agents or licensees or representatives from any and all liability for delays, injuries or death, or for the loss or damage to his property, however occurring during any portion of, or relation to the Turkish Cultural Foundation tours to Turkey.
