Please photocopy entry forms if you wish to enter more than one trial and be sure to enclose a separate cheque & SAE (no SAE needed if you are on my email list) for each trial entered & please print in capital block letters clearly. Draw for all trials will take place at the secretary’s home on the evening (7-00pm) of the closing date of each trial. Any member wishing to attend please contact the secretary 01639 844355
Preference in draw shall be given to;
1 Members dog, which have gained a 1st 2nd 3rd award in an open stake or a 1st award in an all aged or novice stake.
2 Non members dog gaining any of the above. 3 Members dog, which have gained other awards. 4 None members of the previous
Conditions of Entry
1 Should circumstances so dictate, the society in consultation with the judges, may alter arrangements as necessary, such changes and the circumstances surrounding them must be reported to the Kennel Club at the earliest possible opportunity.
2 No modification will be made to these schedules except by permission of the Kennel Club, followed by an advertisement in the appropriate journals, if time permits before the closing of entries.
3 After an applicant has been successful in the draw for a place in a stake, or as a reserve has accepted an offer of a run, if the run is not taken up the applicant may become liable for the full entry fee except:- (1) Where the applicant has qualified out of novice stakes (where applicable) or (2) Where the dog drawn to run has qualified for the championship after entries are closed or (3) On production of a veterinary certificate confirming that the dog entered for the stake is unfit to compete or (4) On production of a medical certificate that the applicant or the applicants nominated handler is unable to compete or (5) Where the dog drawn to run is withdrawn more than 7 days prior to the stake.
4 The club reserve the right to except or refuse entry.
5 Substitution of dogs will not be allowed unless all reserves have been offered a run.
6 If subscriptions of any member are unpaid, his/her name will not receive preference in the draw.
7 All persons attending the field trial must consider themselves under the control of the chief steward and the officials.
8 Any bitch in season or a dog suffering from hysteria must be removed from the trial ground.
9 The club accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to persons or property however occasioned.
10 All trophy winners must return the said/cups/trophies cleaned & inscribed by September 1st each Year.
Results of draws and an up to date reserves list for each trial will be posted on our website and Face Book page, this will include the handler and the dogs names. if anyone objects to these details being posted please contact me .
