The area will be open from 10.00am to enable you to set up before the opening at12.30pm. NO vehicles will be allowed access to the grounds after 12 noon. If you require a table please advise on your booking form and return along with your payment before the 8th July 2018. Please return your form with payment to the address shown below.

No power is available but you may bring your own generator.

STALLHOLDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELL FOOD WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL,AND IF APPROVED, MUST HAVE A CURRENT FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE. A COPY WILL BE REQUIREDAND MUST BE SENT IN WITH YOUR APPLICATION FORM?
WOKING BOROUGH COUNCIL INSIST THAT ALL STALLHOLDERSMUST HAVE £5,000,000 (FIVE MILLION POUNDS) PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE COVER, OVER AND ABOVE THE £5,000,000 (FIVE MILLION POUNDS) PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCETHAT THE FRIENDSOF BYFLEET PARISHDAY COMMITTEE ALREADY HOLDS.
IF YOU ALREADY HAVE YOUR OWN PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE A COPYOF YOURCURRENT CERTIFICATE WILL BE REQUIRED AND MUST BE SENT IN WITHYOURAPPLICATION FORM?
WE CAN ARRANGE THIS COVER FOR YOU AT A SET FEE OF TWELVE POUNDS FIFTY PENCE(£12.50). SEE ABOVE AND COMPLETE APPLICATION.
STALLHOLDERS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO SELL OTHER ITEMS THAN THOSE THEY HAVE INDICATEDABOVEUNDER ‘NATURE OF STALL’.
NO EXPLOSIVE ITEMS SUCH AS PERCUSSION CAPS FOR A CAP GUN, CAP PISTOL, CAP RIFLE CAPS, AERIAL BOMBS OR SIMILAR ARE TO BE SOLD.
NO SILLY STRING ALSO KNOWN AS AEROSOL STRING OR SIMILAR ITEMS ARE TO BE SOLD.
STALLHOLDERS MUST OCCUPY PITCH INDICATED BY PRIOR COMFIRMATIONE MAIL OR BYSTAFF, AT THE ENTRANCE,ON THE DAY.PITCH POSITIONS HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY WORKED OUT TO ALLOW ACCESS FOR EMERGENCY VEHICLES AND OTHER VISITORS.
PLEASE DO NOT ASK TO CHANGE YOUR PITCH ON THE DAY
PLEASE REMOVE ALL RUBBISH FROM YOUR PITCH AND PLACE IN TRUCK/SKIP THAT IS PROVIDED NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE. ADDITIONAL BIN BAGS ARE AVAILABLE FROM THE COMMITTEETENT.
PARISH DAY CLOSES AT 5.00pm PLEASE RESPECT YOUR FELLOW STALLHOLDERS AND ARENA DISPLAYS WHEN DISMANTLING AND LEAVING THE ARENA.
THE SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM ACKNOWLEDGES YOUR AGREEMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
