Initially Rs. 5,000/- each to the families whose houses were fully and severely damaged and Rs. 1,500 to the partly damaged houses is sanctioned.
Rs. 10,000/- has been provided to the family members of deceased Sneha Dey d/o Tarun Kumar Dey. / Out of 48, 39 (thirty nine) relief camps closed and 8368 families returned back to their houses.
Under East TK in Chanpur area 5 houses collapsed.
In Bhattapukur Balurchar area 12 houses collapsed.
One dead body of a 13 year old girl, namely Sneha Dey d/o Tarun Kumar Dey resident of Hrishi Colony, Madhyapara recovered on 13-08-17 who was missing since 11-08-17
One boy namely Tushar Karmakar resident of Indranagar, Agartala died on 12-08-17 at 3.30 pm due to electrocution when he was fishing in flood water on a self made boat.
Post mortem report is awaited. Investigation is under process

Rs. 2,20,000/- approx. is the committed expenditure for relief camp purpose is yet to be disbursed.
Damage assessment is underway / All the 14 relief camps have been closed and the 367 families returned back to their houses.
1 Relief camp opened on night of 14.08.17 has been closed and 5 families returned to their home.
Shri Paresh Sarkar, 28 yrs S/o Prafulla Sarkar was missing from 13/08/2017, dead body recovered by TSR 2nd Bn at 10.30 AM from Howrah river near Bijoysangha, Khayerpur on 15-08-17.
One dead body namely Paresh (alias Suman) Sarkar (23) s/o Prafulla of bridhi nagar, old Agartala was recovered from Howrah river on 15-08-2017
A dead body of Anamika Sharma (Goswami) (41) w/o Rash Bihari of Ranirbazar who had gone for worship at Chauda Devta Bari, Khairpur on 14-08-2017 gone missing and her dead body recovered from Howrah river on 14-08-2017 at 1.30 pm.
Post mortem report is awaited. Investigation is under process
