AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY REPEALING ARTICLE 17, CHAPTER 7, TITLE 44, RELATING TO THE ORANGEBURGCALHOUN REGIONAL HOSPITAL.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

Repeal

SECTION 1. Article 17, Chapter 7, Title 44 of the 1976 Code is repealed.

Time effective

SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.

Ratified the 3rd day of June, 2004.

Approved the 16th day of August, 2004.
