Table Tennis Tournament
Date: Sunday, March 14, 2010– Check-in at 8.40am.
Location 7026 Bathurst Street, Thornhill, L4J 8K3 (Bathurst/Steeles) (1 traffic light North of Steeles Ave)
Eligibility Members must be in good standing of OTTA, QTTF or USATT. Non-members must purchase a $10 tournament pass. OTTA membership available on site: Adult $30; Junior $15.
Please bring your valid OTTA MEMBERSHIP CARD; otherwise tournament pass fee applies.
Clothing Appropriate shorts and T- shirt to be worn (not orange or yellow).
Equipment 8 STIGA tables and STIGA Orange 40mm *** balls. Results- Match Results will count toward National Rating
Referee William Truong
Conduct Tournament will be conducted under ITTF/CTTA/OTTA laws.
Format Round Robin of 4 players and 2 advance in each group, followed by straight elimination Matches will be best 3 of 5 (11-point) games.
This is subject to change by the Referee based on the number of entries received.
Deadline Must be received by Wednesday, March 10 with entry form and payment by MAIL or E-MAIL ONLY. E-mail reservations followed by payment on site or entry form without payment will be considered as late entry and surcharge of $5 will be applied if there are still spots available. Priority will be given to entrants who entered before the deadline with entry form and payment. NO REFUNDS AFTER THE DEADLINE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
