Tasting $25 A private 1 hour long tasting will be scheduled. Sara’s Tipsy Pies will provide you with tailored options for flavors, and types of pies best for your wedding day. I’ll send you home with a box full to share too!

Hold your date. $100 non refundable deposit.______This guarantees me as your baker for the day! Then rolled into your total.

Toppers, decorations, and ornaments: It is our preference that toppers and other inedible decorations be kept in the possession of the bridal party leading up to the wedding, and then left on the pie table for placement on site, unless requested by the designer. We will do our best to secure items to the pies. We are not responsible if your ornament is too heavy, damages, or falls off the pies. If any party other than a Sara’s Tipsy Pies employee adds to a pies, we will not be responsible for the damages caused to the pie or ornament.

Pie Stands: There is an additional rental fee and deposit for pie stands and pie plates. The rental fee is added into your total cost. The deposit must be paid as a separate check, received no later than two weeks prior to the wedding. The check will not be deposited, but held in trust and returned or destroyed when the pie stand/parts are returned. The stand must be returned within one week of the wedding, unless otherwise arranged. We highly recommend assigning a trusted friend or family member to the task of collecting these items from the reception. Stands and parts returned in poor condition, broken, or missing will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

Photographs: Sara’s Tipsy Pies reserves the right to photograph your pies and use our photos or those of your photographer for our own reference, display, and/or promotion advertising for Sara’s Tipsy Pies without compensation to you. If you send pictures of your wedding I will give you discounts on future pies. (1 free pie for any pictures)

Private Home Receptions: Purchaser is responsible for making sure there is a pie table available at the time of delivery. Unless specified otherwise. The table must be a minimum of 38 inches in diameter. The table must be secure, level, out of direct sunlight, and able to support a minimum of 50 lbs. Please restrain any animals that may be on site at the time of delivery. Once the pies are set up it is no longer the responsibility of Sara’s Tipsy Pies.

Delivery: Sara’s Tipsy Pies $50 for the first hour spend driving and setting up. Additional mileage will be assessed and charged at the rate of $30 per hour. The delivery fee is a separate charge and will not be included in the price of your pies. We will deliver 1-2 hours before the slated starting time of the reception, unless otherwise arranged. We will take all delivery/pick-up requests into consideration and will do our best to accommodate you, but can not guarantee it. Florists are encouraged to call for a delivery time. After hours/holiday delivery fee is $50/hour.

Pick-up: If you choose to pick up your wedding pies, we strongly urge you to use a vehicle with a clean, flat, non-slip surface, such as the trunk of an SUV. Speed is never the issue – take care when stopping/starting, taking corners, driving over gravel and potholes, and in inclement weather. Sara’s Tipsy Pies will be released from any damage or mishap occurring once your pies leaves our premises.

Liability: We will do our best to make the proper arrangements with you and your reception site to safely deliver and assemble your pies. Once we have done this, we will not assume responsibility for your guests', florist's, or caterer's negligence. Sara’s Tipsy Pies will provide you with the number of servings covered in your contract. We are not responsible for cutting the pies unless requested or ensuring the party cutting the pies knows how – please discuss this with your caterer prior to your wedding day. Sara’s Tipsy Pies is not responsible for property damage, consequential damage, or bodily injury that would occur as the result of the pies being moved, rearranged, or in any way tampered with by anyone other than our employees, thereby compromising the structural integrity of the pies.

Allergies: All of our pies are hand crafted to your custom specifications. We make every attempt to acquire and use the finest ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of any specific allergen. We will not assume responsibility for allergic reactions, or unforeseeable dietary reaction to your chosen pies and fillings that may occur as the result of our services and provision of your pies. It is our hope this would never be the case. It is the responsibility of the couple to inform your guests of potential allergens. Sara’s Tipsy Pies is not a nut-, dairy-, gluten-, or soy-free facility. Nonetheless, we will take proper precautions to eliminate cross contamination of certain items if specified in your contract.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be received at least four (4) weeks prior to the event to receive a refund, minus the retainer fee. Pies canceled after four weeks but prior to the 14-day lockout date will be refunded up to 50% of the balance paid, minus the retainer fee. Pies canceled after the 14-day lockout date will not be refunded. In the event that something occurs to affect your scheduled wedding date, Sara’s Tipsy Pies will do its best to accommodate that change, based on the best of our abilities and availability. Please contact us to discuss options.

Pie Changes: Any changes to your pies (size, flavor, decoration, etc.) will be accepted until 14 days prior to your wedding date. Changes may affect the price of the pies. After the 14-day lockout date, changes will be taken into consideration but can’t guaranteed and will be subject to a $15 fee to make flavor changes. Due to scheduling, delivery time changes may not be able to be accommodated. Alterations will be accepted via the bride and groom only, regardless of whom pays for the cake. All changes are to be communicated through your pie designer, via email or phone.

Our Guarantee: Our guarantee is to provide you with the best possible product and service. While we make every effort to provide the exact flavors, design, sizes, you have requested, the creation of a pie is an art, and may be subject to slight variations by our designer. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are not 100% satisfied with our product or service.
