SYSCOM has four primary technical capabilities arms.
IT Supplemental Staffing (ITSS), whose primary goal is to provide skilled, qualified technical staff to meet customers staffing needs. We provide technically proficient, experienced staff that meet or exceed the customer’s requirements. We can provide staff qualified in most operating systems, including NT, UNIX, Linux, AIX, MVS, and AS 400. Our personnel are experienced in various programming languages and DBMS’s including C, C++, VB, Java, JavaScript, J2EE, etc. SYSCOM also has recruiting capabilities that allow us to go outside the organization and find the right person for the job. SYSCOM’s HHS Outsourcing group typically replaces a major discrete element of a customer’s organization. Our personnel are responsive to the customers needs and capable of proving both T&M and/or fixed price assistance.
SYSCOM’s Network Services Group, distinct from Supplemental Staffing and Outsourcing, provides network and desktop support to both SYSCOM corporate and to external customers. The group’s technical skills include network administration capabilities on large complex Unix and NT networks.
A fourth group, Solution Services, provides workflow and document management support across a broad range of technologies and platforms.
