GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS 2018

Please take note of the following important information. Once you have read this notice, please keep the front page and return the reply slip to school.

School times:

Monday to Friday:6:45am – 5:15pm

Full Day: 6:45am – 5:15pm

¾ Day:6:45am – 3:00pm

Half Day:6:45am – 1:30pm

Monthly school fees:

Half day: R2850

¾ day: R3050

Full day: R3250

• Three days a week, less R200 per month. Four days a week, less R150 per month.
• A discount of R150 per month is given for the second child.
• A deposit of one month’s school fees is payable per child on registration.
• All fees are payable monthly in advance before or on the first day of the month. A penalty of R20 per day will apply to late payments. (later than the 3rd of the month). Failure to pay fees will result in the loss of your child’s place at the school.
• A fee of R100 will be charged for RD cheques.
• Fees for December and January have to be paid in full whether your child attends school or not.
• A full calendar month’s written notice is required when your child leaves the school. (1st to the 1st). Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
• November and December may NOT be used as a notice month. Full fees are due.
• Children not returning the following year must give notice by the 1st of October.

Collecting children:

• No child will be allowed to leave the school with any unauthorized person. Please inform us of any change in the person who is collecting your child.
• A late fee of R80 per half hour or part thereof will be charged if children are not collected on time. This applies to half day, three quarter day and full day.

Sick Children:

The school cannot accommodate sick children. All children suffering from contagious illnesses, diarrhoea, fever, excessive coughing etc. must please be kept at home.

Medicine:

Medicine will not be given to any child unless instructions are given in writing. The medicine must be handed to the teacher on arrival, it must be clearly marked with the child’s name and the dosage.

Parking:

Under no circumstances may a parent park on any of the neighbours property. Parking is available outside the school only.
