WHEREAS, Wonders of Wildlife, Bass Pro, Inc., and its affiliates, the Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Division of State Parks, the Missouri Department of Conservation, U.S. Forest Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, Forest Park Forever, St. Louis Orienteering Club, St. Louis Geocachers Association, St. Louis County Parks, City Cycling Tours, 62 Sports Group, City of St. Louis Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry (sponsors) and The Audubon Center at Riverlands desire to provide an outdoor recreation and conservation school (instruction) to be conducted at the Audubon Center at Riverlands, September 29-30, 2012.
WHEREAS, participant(s) desires to receive instruction in one or more of the activities described in the WOW Registration/Information Packet:

SECTION 2: RIGHT TO REFUSE PARTICIPANT(S)
Participant(s) understands and agrees that sponsors may refuse to allow the participation of any participant(s), which sponsors believe in their sole judgment, may present a safety hazard to other participant(s), sponsors’ staff, sponsors’ invitees and/or to themselves.
SECTION 3: WARNING AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participant(s) understands that outdoor recreation and conservation involves activities where there are inherent elements of risk always present despite all safety precautions. Participant(s) fully accepts any and all such risk(s).
SECTION 4: RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE
Participant(s) hereby, for themselves, their heirs, administrators and assigns, releases and discharges sponsors, sponsors’ agents and sponsors’ affiliates from all claims for bodily injury, property damage, death, medical expenses or any other financial loss occurring to the participant(s) during the instruction related to any act or omission, including negligent acts or omissions, of the sponsors, sponsors’ agents and/or sponsors’ affiliates.
SECTION 5: INDEMNIFICATION
Participant(s) further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the sponsors plus their agents and affiliates from any and all costs, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred in defending against claims arising from the negligent acts or omissions, reckless acts or omissions or intentional misconduct of participant(s) during the instruction.
SECTION 6: PUBLICITY
Participant(s) grants permission to sponsors and their affiliates to publish, in any form, any photographs of participant(s) while involved in the instruction and agrees that participant(s) is not due any payment from sponsors for publishing their photographs.
SECTION 7: ENTIRE AGREEMENT/MISSOURI LAW/PARTIAL INVALIDITY
This document constitutes the final and entire agreement between sponsors and participant(s) concerning instruction. This contract is delivered, executed, accepted and performed exclusively within the state of Missouri and shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of Missouri. In the event any term of this contract shall be determined to be illegal or unenforceable, this contract shall remain in full force and effects as to all other terms.
BY SIGNING BELOW, THE PARTICIPANT(S) WARRANTS THAT THEY HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES A RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR NEGLIGENCE AND WARRANTS THAT THEY SIGN THIS DOCUMENT OF THEIR OWN FREE WILL.
