Troop 4 Webelos Activity Badge Fair

WHEN: December 4, 2010

WHERE: Brookhaven Christian Church1020 S. Garnett RdTulsa, OK

Check-In: 8:15 – 8:45 a.m., Classes 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Check-out: 3:30 p.m.

Take Forester and Communicator with Fitness completion available with a follow up visit. Engineer, Showman, Handyman, Scientistor other badges can be available on request with a minimum number of participants.

Webelos will be able to complete two activity badges and also Fitness by doing the take-home worksheet!

Sign off will be available by bringing competed sheet to a troop meeting.

The last date to pre-register will be Tuesday, November30, 2010.

Webelos will be served Dutch Oven Cooking for lunch with a Dutch Oven Dessert as an afternoon snack and is included in the $6.00 price.

ADULTS & Boy Scouts - Dutch Oven Training with practical application for lunch and snack, and Q&A covering many aspects of Cub Scouting, Boy Scouting, & Venturing.

Information from Lodge cast iron manufacturing and cookbook info provided.

Adults who wish to attend class with their scout but not the seminar can do so for only $6.

PLEASE NOTE: All participants must be pre-registered by 11-30-10 for $6 or $8 price. Walk-ins are space available only and requires a $4 late fee!

NOTICE: Maximum Capacity is 60 scouts. Early registration is highly encouraged!
