Subject: August Execs Travel Information and Packing List

Hello Regional and Council Presidents and Parents:

We are thrilled to welcome you this Thursday, August 16th through Sunday, August 19th, at Capital Camps and Retreat Center – the site of our annual International August Executives Conference just outside Washington, D.C. You will be joined by AZA and BBG Regional and Council Presidents from across the United States and Canada, BBYO professionals from our International Headquarters and Field Network, and several members of BBYO's International Board of Directors. This year's "Execs" is our largest in years, and will be a historic weekend for our Order. Please be sure to read this whole update as it holds important information for you.

Transportation Information
Arrival By Plane: Upon arrival at Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) please meet at the Southwest Terminal Baggage Claim #1 – 5. Execs Staff at the airport will be Adam Bloom, Morgan Wittenberg, Happie Hoffman and Eric Hunker. For travel delays ON THURSDAY, AUGUST 16thplease contact Adam Bloom at 302.584.7529 or Morgan Wittenberg at 919.306.0438. For travel changes/updates PRIOR TO THURSDAY, AUGUST 16th please contact Laura Sohinki at 412.414.1350.
Arrival By Amtrak: As indicated in the travel information during registration, you should be arriving to the Baltimore-Washington International Airport (BWI) Amtrak Station. When you arrive at the BWI Amtrak Station you should take the Airport Shuttle (it is free) to the BWI Southwest Terminal Baggage Claim 1 – 5. Amtrak trains provide service to the BWI Marshall Rail Station, where free shuttles serve the airport terminal. Shuttle stops are located on the lower level terminal roadway in between door numbers 1 & 2, 8 & 9, 14 & 15, and 17 & 18. Shuttle buses from the BWI Marshall terminal building to the rail station operate every 12 minutes. Buses stop adjacent to the rail station garage, directly in front of the rail station. The BWI Rail Station is located one mile from the terminal building. Participants arriving at Amtrak should go STRAIGHT TO THE AIRPORT regardless of time arriving and check in with BBYO's airport staff. You may get food at the airport once you check in, but you are not permitted to make a food stop on your way to meeting the staff at BWI. We want to make sure you've arrived, on time, as planned.
Check In at Airport: Please check in with Adam and/or Morgan upon arrival at BWI. The buses will depart BWI for camp at 4PM. If you arrive prior to that time, you may get something to eat at the airport, but please make sure to check in with Adam and/or Morgan before you get something to eat. Hang out near the departure area as we'll board buses as soon as they arrive.

Convention Meals
Meals at Capital Camps will be Glatt Kosher (the food is good!). If you have any specific dietary needs (i.e.: allergies, vegetarian, vegan, etc.) and did not indicate needs during registration, please email Laura by Wednesday, August 15 at 1PM EST. If we do not hear from you prior to this date and time we may not be able to accommodate your needs at camp.
