- Call to Order
Gene called the meeting to order at 7:02 PM.
- Approval of Minutes
Leaha made a motion to approve the minutes, Kimbra seconded the motion. The motion carried.

Craig is securing dates with the school
- Cupcake Ball
March 28 – 80 registered, photo booth contract has been sent, the meat and cheese, cups and napkins, bottled water has been donated
Fruit and cupcakes will be purchased
Jason Bakko is going to DJ
3:30 – photographer, DJ set up
4:30 – doors open
5:00 – Grand March
9:00 – dance is over

Sunday, March 22 – doors open at 3:30 pm, calling starts at 4:00 pm $350 made

- Tree City Update
Kimbra made a motion that the park board will participate in the Tree City tree board. Leaha seconded the motion. The motion carried
- New Business
- Jolene Haller –Painting Classes
Gallery on the Go – Ages 6-12 or by grade level if needed
$18 per child, 90 min long, snack provided
$26 per adult, 2 hrs
5-20 per session, afternoon sessions or morning Saturday sessions
- Kelly Todd – Yoga Classes
Yoga Fit – community service hours are necessary for certification
Ideally, a group of 8-15 people would sign up for the first set of yoga classes (coed).
Kelly will create some materials and registration, and contact city for Memorial Building availability.

Val is expecting the agreements to come in closer to the summer
- League Tentative Schedule (which levels on which days)
Schedules are completed
Kerri will advertise for coaches on Facebook
- Pitching Clinic
9 parents/coaches participated
- 18U team league
Kindred will play in both leagues due to small number of teams in Kindred league

Coaches can be paid, hourly rate will be discussed at the next meeting

Softball will be working with baseball for sign up day
Equipment – need to replace some
- Park Board Director Report
- Pool hiring (lifeguarding and WSI training)
Interviews have been held
6 individuals are interested in taking the lifeguarding course
3 individuals are interested in taking the WSI course
The park board will reimburse ¼ at start of pool season, ¼ at end of season, which repeats next year to finish up the reimbursement for the lifeguard course.

Completed, certified, license is in the mail
- T-ball program
Parents are expressing interest in coaching
There will still be an activity in June whether or not t-ball is in the morning or evening

We will try to see if we can coordinate a date.

The Legion building can be utilized by the park board for activities. The empty lot can also be used for an ice skating rink if we would be interested.
