Dear Exhibitor,
Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 2016 National Conference for Catechetical Leadership’s Annual Conference & Exposition. This year our conference will be held May 23-26, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Riverfront, Jacksonville, Florida.
This Year’s theme, Dynamic Discipleship: dare. lead. innovate., has challenged the 2016 conference planners to think outside the box and create a daily process that will help Catechetical Leaders to be inspired, learn what tools and resources exhibitors offer, and network and brainstorm practical applications. We are thrilled with your partnership and support, and encourage you to consider the many options available for exhibitors this year.
dare- Each morning begins with a general address that sets the thematic tone for the day.
Monday: Catechesis
Tuesday: Care of God’s Creation - Catholic Social Teaching,
Wednesday: Intercultural Focus
Thursday: Evangelization
The exhibit hall will be closed at this time to encourage all exhibitors to be at the address. The day’s conversations will flow from this address.
lead- We are pleased to announce that there is a dedicated hour Monday and Tuesday for exhibitors to highlight resources and products that will help Catechetical leaders recognize the tools that are available to them. The resources and products will be directly related to the day’s theme. In the afternoon, participants will choose from various breakout sessions, further exploring the morning’s sessions.
Possible sponsorship offerings:
1. Unpacking Session- a 20 minute presentation, given twice during a one hour session, that highlights resources and products related to the day’s theme. This is not a sales pitch, but rather a dynamic presentation that is inspiring and showcases innovative ways to use these tools. These are offered Monday (Catechesis), and Tuesday (Care of God’s Creation- Catholic Social Teaching).
2. Sponsorship of an afternoon learning session speaker. The learning session will be focused on the day’s theme.
innovate- In the afternoon, members will gather in the Innovation Center (Exhibit/Main Hall Foyer) to network and brainstorm practical applications related to the dialogue of the day. The evening closes with a general address capstone.
Additional sponsorship offerings:
1. Reception, meals and small group gatherings.
2. Refreshments in the Innovation Center: i.e. ice cream social; snacks such as pretzels, cheese, crackers; beverages; light appetizers; desserts, etc.
