PRACTICE:The track is open at all times for practice during the day.
PIT AREAS:The BRCCC offers covered pit areas and we are hoping that our pit benches will be completed in time for this event. The Committee will post updates on public forums in regards to this.
No Smoking as set out in BRCCC Rule 11.5
No Foul Language or Unsportsmanlike behavior as set out in BRCCC Rule 11.4
No Alcohol as set out in Lease Agreement - Brisbane City Council.
ENTRY FEE:Adults : $20 for one class
$30 for two classes
Juniors: $10 for one class
$15 for two classes
Fees are payable on the day.
A minimum of five entries per class will be required.
The B.R.C.C.C. reserves the right to cancel the said Presidents Shield if we do not receive the required number of nominations

SCRUTINEERING:Scrutineering will be conducted randomly and at the discretion of the race director for BRCCC. All cars at the conclusion of each race must be left on the scrutineer’s table. Motors may be pulled down at the completion of the finals. Elect motors may be checked at any time
FORMAT:Qualifiers: Staggered start
All classes will participate in three qualifying rounds.

Finals:Grid start
21.5 Electric A Main – 3 x 6 min rounds
17.5 Electric A Main – 3 x 6 min rounds
Gas Tourer A Main – 100 laps(Approximately 30mins)
Modified Electric A Main – 3 x 5 min rounds
Pro Tourers A Main - 150 laps (Approximately 45mins)
Lower Electric Finals – 1 round
Lower Gas Finals - 20 minutes.
Pro Tourers A Main - 150 laps (Approximately 45mins)
Qualifying:
Top ten qualifiers (best 1 of 3 qualifying time)
Next 10 qualify for B Final and so on. Numbers for lower finals may vary depending on numbers.
TROPHIES:- Trophies for first threeplaces in each class.

- 1 x Encouragement Trophy (under 16 years of age)
- 1 x Overall Trophy for the driver with the most points
BAYSIDE CHAMPION:Points will be awarded for the first 4 places in the qualifying heats for all classes. and the A final for Gas overall finals for Electric (5,3,2,1 for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th). 1 point will be awarded to the top qualifier from each class and double points awarded for the finals. Gas cars aggregate points will be x by 3 to bring them in line with the electric as they have three finals. This will make it easier to work out the winner ( Gas 1 final Elect 3 Finals) Qualifying margin will be used for tiebreak.
The Bayside Champion will be awarded a perpetual shield and trophy.
TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
ELECTRIC:ORRCA Rulebook. These rules are published on web site. They are also available from your local ORRCA Affiliated club secretary.
GAS TOURER:As per AARCMCC rules. Any .12 or .15 motor with a horsepower rating of 1HP or Less. Side and Rear exhaust are permitted. Engine may be pull start or bump. RTR cars will be permitted with original motors only. Drivers will need to supply original manufactures paper work. DOWN LOADED OR OTHERMEANS will not be accepted. All specs must conform to the Race Director in the case of a dispute.
PRO TOURER:As per AARCMCC rules.
TYRES:Tyre choice is open for all classes.
CONCOURSE: 1 overall trophy. Complete car and shell to be presented for
Concourse.
