c Two (2) Letters of Recommendation in individually sealed and signed envelopes.
*You must send your entire application packet in one envelope. Separate items will not be accepted. Please include a self addressed stamped envelope if you would like your portfolio returned. Make sure that you carefully follow instructions on the information sheets while assembling your packet.
